it’s friday; i’m in love – safavieh’s jaguar rug

You know how I feel about animal prints.  So it should come as no surprise that I madly love this rug.

Safavieh Jaguar Rug by Suzanne Kasler

Suzanne Kasler designed the rug for Safavieh.  In Suzanne’s hands, the animal print is elegant, subtle and classic.  Pure perfection!

I’ve ordered a corner sample so I can see how the colors work in my living room.  I think it would be worth not sending my twins to college so that I can buy the rug; don’t you?

Wondering how to create a home that is both elegant and livable?  Call me at 704.953.6096 or send me an email at traci@tracizeller.com to discuss how I can help!

tzd favorites: animal prints

clock May 4, 2009 07:08 by author Traci Zeller

I have never met an animal print I didn't like.  Seriously!   I believe animal prints are the perfect pattern - they are so classic that they act as a neutral but still add a splash of interest.  So check out this fabulous sofa that I spotted on eBay.  I am in love!  It's unbelievable - super quality (Ralph Lauren for Henredon), plus great colors and subtle print (for animal print, anyway) in a style that could go traditional to modern.  Sniff, sniff, sniff!  I'm starting to think that I should start a home staging business ... it might be the best way for me to justify the accumulation of mass quantities of furniture!
