Attention to detail is the hallmark of Traci Zeller Designs’ full service interior design projects. A project consists of a single room, a group of rooms, or an entire house. The investment for each project consists of a flat design fee, based on the size and type of room(s), and a furnishings budget. Professional services rendered during the course of the project generally include schematic design, design development and presentation, scheduling and ordering, and installation. new construction/renovation design

A stunning home starts with selections made during the construction or renovation of a home. A project consists of a single room, a group of rooms or an entire house. Depending on the room, selections often include paint, flooring, countertops, tile, cabinetry and mouldings. The investment for each project consists of a flat design fee based on the size and type of room(s). Please call for a quote.

double day design

"Double Day Design" is an innovative service offered by Traci Zeller Designs to clients who would like professional guidance in the design of one or two rooms but would prefer to handle the implementation on their own. Traci works with the client over the course of two days to create a plan for the rooms. After each day, the client receives a customized action item checklist and summary of Traci's recommendations. The double day format enables Traci to review progress made after the first day and provide additional expertise. The investment for "Double Day Design" is $2000.

designer for a day

For projects that require only a day of design focus, Traci Zeller Designs offers her "Designer for a Day" program. Traci works one-on-one with a client up to four hours on any project of the client's choosing. Typically, the time is used to ask Traci questions, select paint colors, and shop online for furniture, art and accessories to decorate a client's home. With a 9 am to 2 pm schedule and a one-hour lunch included, Traci's clients benefit from her personal attention and expertise. After the day, the client receives a customized action item checklist and summary of Traci's recommendations. The investment for "Designer for a Day" is $1500.

tzd room service

"TZD Room Service" is a customized online service for do-it-yourself design. Each client receives a design board, furniture plan, shopping list, and paint and fabric samples, beautifully packaged in a custom presentation box. With the thorough instructions provided by Traci Zeller Designs, the client is able to create a beautiful result as her or his schedule and budget allow.
